Each week we will learn and practise easy and quick stress-release and self-care techniques that can literally change your reality when you practise them regularly, supporting your nervous system and physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies, including:
- Learning about the Chi Cycle
- Meridian massage
- Neuro-emotional reflexes for soothing and releasing chronic emotional stress
- "Vesuvius" points for releasing accumulated "pressure cooker" emotions safely and gently
- Neuro-vascular reflexes for self-Soothing and calming - great for helping to get to sleep!
- Neuro-Lymphatic reflexes for getting your lymph moving and helping to flush waste out of your system.
- Easy and quick Brain Gym sequence for clear thinking, organisation and focus.
- Crystal connection and healing for body, mind and spirit.
These techniques are fantastic to use on yourself, your kids and loved ones to release stress, anxiety and pressure cooker emotions; calming, improving sleep, balancing, energising and more.
They can be done anywhere, any time.
In the shower, in bed, in the car, at school, at the office, at the beach!
